We noticed that The Greater Pittsburgh International Airport has placed Power Up signs over open 120 volt outlets in their short term parking area. This is a great EV Charging solution which compliments DC fast charging that is located at a 
gas station on site.
To be honest, we plugged our Volt into these power outlets before they put signs up.
We call this type of solution “BYOC” or Bring Your Own Cord. It is a great way to offer EV charging at a very low cost.

In this case, we would make some strategic suggestions that would add value to the offering. For example, BYOC systems are effective in long-parking situations. So, these sites would be even better if they were in the extended or long term parking areas of the airport.
