Climatewire is running a great series on the challenges facing EV adoption. The August 1 article talks about the different EV charging “plugs” that are required for fueling of EVs.
“Of the 1,855 fast-charging stations in the United States, 1,077 have CHAdeMO connectors, 764 have SAE Combo connectors and 289 have Tesla connectors, according to the Department of Energy’s Alternative Fuels Data Center.”
And, we wonder why EVs are not being adopted? Much about Fast Charging seems to be a challenge.
